Meet Arthur & Grace
We moved to Koh Samui over three years ago with a simple idea — to create the kind of long-term rental experience we wished we had found ourselves.
After spending time in different properties on the island, we kept running into the same issues: places that looked great online but felt disappointing in reality, absent landlords, and hidden costs that made long stays frustrating. So we built something better.
We designed and furnished our homes at Park Samui specifically for long-term living — not short-term holidays. Every detail matters, from reliable fibre internet and practical workspaces to comfortable beds and layouts that actually make sense for daily life.
We live on-site at Park Samui, which means we are always available when our tenants need us — whether it is a maintenance issue, a restaurant recommendation, or help navigating the quirks of island life.
Our minimum stay is one month. Most of our tenants stay for 6 to 12 months, and many return year after year. We built the kind of home we would want to live in ourselves.
